| Workflow
Workflow is a representation of the process, or the states associated with an issue as it flows through the organization. A workflow is composed of a series of states and transitions, as illustrated with circles and arrows in Fig. 1. The status field in each ProblemTracker issue record represents the current "state" of that record. ProblemTracker workflows are customizable by your organization to reflect its processes. You can define the states and the transitions for each state; i.e.,
