Customizable Data Fields

• Configure the fields displayed in the PT forms by selecting from various field types, such as Text, Large Text, Pulldown, Date, Integer, Floating, URL
• Define which user groups can see the fields in various areas (e.g. on Add form, while querying records, while modifying a record)
• Define whether fields are required during certain operations (while creating a new record, moving a record to the next state, etc.)

Customizable Field Relationships 
The Dependent (Nested) Pulldown allows the set of values displayed in one pull-down to be determined by the values selected in another pull-downs.  It simplifies forms for end users and provides validation of selections.

Attachment

PT allows you to attach files or include URLs in a record.  It allows all information related to a record to be kept in one location easily accessible to your users.

Multiple Projects
PT can support multiple projects and multiple workgroups.

• WMS provides a central interface to create and maintain an unlimited number of workgroups (projects)
• Each workgroup (project) can have its own set of data fields, workflow, users
• Workgroup maintenance tools for upgrading, user management, migration provided in a secure interface
