ProblemTracker (PT) provides up-to-the-minute project information and status, reports, charts, and graphs to team members, project leaders, and managers everywhere to foster better communication and collaboration.

Audit Trail (Change History)
Audit trail of actions performed on records is automatically maintained.

Per-User Home Page
When a user logs on to PT, he is presented with his own Home page, with a summary of issues opened by him and issues waiting for him to act on.
