 Security and Access Control
User Log-on
 Each user normally needs to logon to ProblemTracker with a user name and password.  The system can also be setup to automatically log-in or to remember your password.

Compatibility with Standard Web Security 
ProblemTracker is compatible with standard Web security and can use SSL, IP filtering, etc. to increase security.

Access Control

  • Each user group can be set up with different access capabilities --access to features, functions, fields, records.
  • Each user can belong to one or more user groups, and inherit the capabilities from these groups.
